How to become a CyberDental practice

Not a consumer signup. A licensed dental office engages the HelpDesk, picks a per-location plan, and signs a BAA.

Short answer: A licensed dental practice becomes a CyberDental client in three steps: engage the HelpDesk at (954) 639-7049 or through cyberdentalgroup.com, choose a per-location plan (Remote $350, Priority $650, Ultimate $1,200 per month, or a quoted Concierge plan), and sign a Business Associate Agreement. It is a business engagement, not a consumer signup.

What are the steps to become a CyberDental practice?

  1. Engage the HelpDesk. Call (954) 639-7049, email support@cyberdental.co, or start from cyberdentalgroup.com. You will be asked about your practice: number of locations, practice-management software, imaging systems, number of operatories and workstations, and what is currently going wrong or about to change.
  2. Choose a per-location plan. Remote ($350), Priority ($650) or Ultimate ($1,200) per location per month. Multi-location groups and DSOs are quoted on Concierge. See Remote, Priority, Ultimate, Concierge.
  3. Sign the Business Associate Agreement. Because CyberDental will have access to systems that contain ePHI, a BAA is signed before work begins. See Business associate agreements for dental practices.
  4. Onboard. Smart Agent is deployed to practice machines, the environment is inventoried, credentials and vendor contacts are documented, and the HelpDesk learns who is who. See The first week with a dental MSP.

Who can become a CyberDental practice?

A licensed dental practice or dental group. CyberDental is a B2B service. It does not offer consumer signups, patient services or a directory. See We serve licensed practices and Who CyberDental is for.

What information speeds up onboarding?

Having the following ready shortens the first conversation considerably:

  • Practice name, address and number of locations
  • PMS in use (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, Curve or other) and whether it is server-based or cloud
  • Imaging systems (DEXIS, Carestream, Apteryx, Sidexis or other) and sensor count
  • Rough count of workstations, operatories and staff
  • Current IT provider, if any, and any open problems
  • Whether you are opening a new office, where the project timeline matters most

Do I need to leave my current IT provider first?

No, but the transition should be planned. Switching providers means credential handoff, documentation transfer and a defined cutover date, so that no one is left holding admin passwords on both sides. CyberDental can coordinate that handoff. For a new office, begin the conversation before cabling and cabinetry are finalized. See Florida de-novo IT build-out checklist.

Is there a long-term contract?

No. CyberDental does not require a long-term contract. Plans are monthly and priced per location.

What if I just want to ask a question first?

Use Core, the assistant on the website, or call the HelpDesk. You can also request the free compliance score as a no-pressure starting point.
