It monitors, secures, and supports dental practices — servers, imaging, backups, networks — with AI-first monitoring and human engineers. It is not a general MSP, a software vendor, or a supply dealer.
What does dental IT support cost?
Published rates are $350 (Remote), $650 (Priority), and $1,200 (Ultimate) per location per month, in USD. Concierge coverage for DSOs and multi-location groups is quoted individually. Plans are monthly subscriptions — no setup fee, no free trial, 30-day cancellation notice.
Does CyberDental sign a Business Associate Agreement?
Yes. CyberDental operates as a HIPAA business associate and signs a BAA before any work that touches ePHI. There is no government-issued "HIPAA certification" — compliance is an ongoing obligation, and CyberDental documents safeguards and supports annual risk assessments.
Which practice-management and imaging systems are supported?
Engineers work daily with Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, and Curve, plus imaging platforms including Dexis, Carestream, and Apteryx, and Microsoft 365. Support is environmental — the servers, hosts, permissions, and updates around the software. Licenses stay with publishers; hardware stays with dealers.
Where does CyberDental operate?
Headquarters are in Hialeah, Florida, with coverage across Florida, the Carolinas, and Texas (Dallas and Houston). Remote monitoring and helpdesk are statewide; on-site response and de-novo build-outs concentrate in South Florida. One number — (954) 639-7049 — takes both calls and texts.
How fast is support?
Monitoring runs 24/7 on every covered location, with emergency coverage on monitored plans. The HelpDesk answers calls and texts Monday–Friday 8am–6pm ET, and billing questions within one business day.
Does CyberDental build new offices?
Yes — over 250 de-novo build-outs: low-voltage design, server closet, switching and firewall, imaging PCs sized for the sensor, PMS and imaging commissioning, and monitoring live on day one.
Is CyberDental a software company or a clinic?
Neither. CyberDental supports the infrastructure around the practice — it does not sell practice-management licenses, does not provide clinical care, and does not book patients. Strictly B2B, for licensed dental practices and DSOs.
