Useful guidance. Clear sources. Accountable claims.
The CyberDental Journal is published by CyberDental Group LLC, a dental IT service provider. It explains practice technology and also describes services we sell. Our commercial perspective should be clear when you read a comparison or evaluate a recommendation.
Who is responsible for the articles?
Articles carry the organization as their author unless a named author is explicitly credited. An update date records a content revision; it does not imply legal approval, certification or review by a named expert. No reviewer is credited without an actual review record.
What supports a statement?
Technical and regulatory guides link to primary sources where available, such as software vendor documentation, HHS, NIST and state authorities. Company information is first-party information. A link to a regulation does not independently verify CyberDental's performance, controls or business statistics.
How should comparisons be used?
Our comparisons provide questions and decision criteria, not an independent ranking. Ask each provider for its current scope, coverage, pricing and supporting evidence. Provider capabilities and contractual terms can change.
What do examples and estimates mean?
A planning example is not a measured client result. Use your practice's own assumptions for downtime, budget and recovery decisions. We do not present fictional case studies, endorsements or measurements as actual customer evidence.
What about HIPAA and legal topics?
These pages are general educational material, not advice for a specific incident or contract. Read the linked primary source and consult qualified counsel about your situation. Proposed requirements, effective rules and compliance dates must be distinguished.
How do I report a correction?
Email support@cyberdental.co with the article URL, the statement in question and a supporting source if available. Please do not include patient information. Material corrections should be reflected in the article's update date.
What determines the service I receive?
The current signed service agreement, scope and applicable Business Associate Agreement govern the relationship. An article or comparison does not expand a contract or create an additional response-time guarantee.
