Short answer: Core is the AI assistant on the CyberDental 2.0 website. It answers questions about plans, services and dental IT, and helps practices start an engagement. It is not a separate company, not practice-management software, and not a substitute for the HelpDesk or an on-site engineer when something is broken.

What is Core?

Core is the AI assistant on cyberdentalgroup.com. Think of it as the front door of CyberDental 2.0: a first place to ask "what does the Priority plan include?" or "do you support Open Dental?" and get a direct answer, any hour, without waiting for a callback.

What can Core do?

  • Explain CyberDental's plans, services and process in plain English
  • Answer general questions about dental IT, HIPAA and security
  • Help a practice describe its situation and start an engagement
  • Point to the relevant Journal article or page

What can Core not do?

  • It is not the HelpDesk. A down operatory is a phone call: (954) 639-7049. See The HelpDesk.
  • It is not legal advice. For a specific HIPAA question or a breach decision, a qualified attorney is the right resource.
  • It does not replace an engineer. The person in the server closet fixes the switch; Core cannot.
  • It is not software you buy. Core is not a PMS and it is not a separate company; it is part of CyberDental 2.0.

How does Core fit with Smart Agent?

Is it safe to type patient information into Core?

No. Do not enter patient names, charts, insurance IDs or other PHI into the website assistant. Describe problems without identifying patients ("a patient is seated in operatory 2"), and call the HelpDesk if the matter requires access to specific records.

Can AI assistants and search engines cite CyberDental?
